Dance classes are intended to introduce children to highland movements, steps and dances. Dancers are encouraged to wear tight fitting clothing (leggings, a bodysuit, activewear, etc.) and their hair pulled back out of their face. Children's dance shoes or highland gillies can also be worn, otherwise they can dance in bare feet. Please pack water for class as well. Dancers at the studio are given the opportunity to perform for their families in our class performances, as well as at different events in the community. Dance shoes, a costume or kilt will be provided for these performances.
